The Local Government Legal Society Trust Ltd, provides sponsorship and grants towards the fees of solicitors and trainees undertaking training courses to enhance their skills and broaden their experiences relevant to an applicant’s local government work.
Applying for training funding: Various LLG training courses and conferences including the annual LLG Spring Conference may be eligible for funding. The Trust Board is made up of solicitors who currently work in local government or have recently retired having substantial experience of working in local government.
