Fallon Carroll is a housing management lawyer and a member of the firm's Housing and Property Dispute Resolution team. She specialises in all aspects of housing management including housing disrepair, EPA notices and prosecutions for statutory nuisance, anti-social behaviour, tenancy breach and possession.
Fallon has worked in the housing management sector for the past 6 years, acting for HA and LA client’s. She is a disrepair specialist with a good knowledge base of possession, breach of settlement, injunctions and EPA proceedings.
Fallon is experienced in litigating in the County Court, High Court, First-Tier Property Tribunal (Property and Lands Registration Chambers), as well as engaging in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
