LLG Awards 2026: Finalists Announced

LLG is delighted to announce the finalists for the LLG Awards 2026, celebrating excellence, innovation, and outstanding commitment across the local government legal profession.

This year saw a wonderful array of entries and nominations reflecting the depth of talent and dedication within our sector. Our judging panels, which comprise representatives from each category’s corporate sponsor and LLG members of the board have now confirmed their finalists in the LLG Awards 2026.

The winners will be revealed at the LLG Awards Ceremony on Friday 5th June on the evening of the LLG Spring Conference in Birmingham where colleagues and partners will come together to celebrate the achievements of our profession.

This year’s finalists highlight the breadth of expertise, leadership, and impact within local government legal services — from transformative project work to exceptional early‑career achievement, sector‑leading training initiatives, and contributions that make a tangible difference to communities across England and Wales.

LLG President Paul Turner said:
