Simon is a partner in the Health & Care Regulatory team, with a special interest in mental health and mental capacity law, as well as clinical negligence claims and inquests. We provide advice and support to health and social care organisations in relation to inquests, court of protection matters, challenges to treatment decisions, safeguarding concerns, complaints, health and safety and human rights issues.
