Callum Scott is a solicitor in the Health & Care Regulatory team, based in the Birmingham office. Callum's work includes advising clients across the health, education, and social care sectors, including Local Authorities, ICBs, NHS Trusts and independent health and social care providers.
Prior to joining the firm, Callum gained experience of a range of education law matters with particular experience of appeals in the First-tier Tribunal (Special Educational Needs & Disability) brought in connection with EHC Plans and associated obligations under the Education Act 1996 and the Children and Families Act 2014. He also appeared before the Tribunal in claims brought against education providers in connection with their obligations under the Equality Act 2010.
