Rebecca has specialised in employment law for 20 years. She has extensive experience in advising on TUPE, large scale redundancies and new restructures, changing terms and conditions of employment, dealing with unions, equal pay issues and regulatory issues.
Rebecca is also an active members of the Employment Lawyers Association and is acknowledged as a legal expert in the employment law field in Chambers & Partners Guide to the Legal Profession and in The Legal 500.
Laura specialises in all aspects of employment law and acts for a wide range of public and private sector employers.
Laura has experience of advising registered providers on governance complaint termination payments, various matters arising out of the Working Time Regulations such as sleep-ins and on call rotas and recognition processes. Laura regularly assists clients on TUPE transactions, with a particular focus on supporting the Public Sector department with local authority contracts.
