Simon and Danny will suggest the best ways to minimise cost exposure in defending housing disrepair claims.

Simon is a highly experienced litigator who has been advising a range of Local Government and public sector clients for over 15 years on a broad spectrum of housing, regulatory, public law, and contractual disputes. Simon regularly conducts cases all the way from the County Court, Magistrates’ Court, and First-tier Tribunals, to the High Court, Upper Tribunals, Court of Appeal, and up to the Supreme Court and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council as well.
Danny specialises in all matters relating to housing management including disrepair claims, injunction proceedings, and possession claims (on all grounds).
Having worked on both sides of housing management disputes, serving tenants earlier in his career before specialising to defend landlords, Danny has a unique insight into the sector and a greater understanding of the full scope of housing disputes.
