Lauren Howe joined Bevan Brittan in 2019 and works in a variety of areas, including Court of Protection, inquests and children and safeguarding matters. In addition she has experience in judicial reviews, civil proceedings and regulatory matters; previously managed and co-ordinated disclosure of large quantities of complex documents and advised on the challenges which can arise from this; acted as Solicitor to the Inquest in a very high profile inquest with a large number of interested persons.
Lauren has regularly acted as an advocate and has appeared on behalf of a variety of clients in different Court proceedings. She is experienced in supporting witnesses, including those who may find proceedings to be challenging and has a particular understanding of the primary care systems and processes.
