James is passionate about social care and the contribution it makes to supporting people in our communities. James leads a team whose purpose is to support clients in the sector to keep delivering their best. He and his team work with private and public sector clients on social care provision, and safeguarding practice, including supporting them when things go wrong or disputes arise.
