LLG Information Management National Lead Meeting - Thursday 8th May

We are delighted to be joined by Nick Alstrom from Wilkin Chapman Rollits who will speak about the rise of internal SARs from Employees

Internal SARs submitted by employees are on the rise and are often especially complex. These requests may also coincide with ongoing internal investigations or tribunal claims. This session will provide an overview of best practices for managing SARs, with a particular emphasis on those submitted by employees.

Nick Alstrom

Nick Alstrom has over five years of public sector experience at North East Lincolnshire Council, joining the regulatory team at Wilkins Chapman Rollits in November 2023. As well as advising on regulatory law, he also works on GDPR and data protection issues, as well as councillor disputes and new procurement legislation.
