Louis is a solicitor in the Corporate Commercial department with particular experience in public procurement, outsourcing and major projects.
He has acted for clients in both the public and private sectors, particularly in relation to commercial agreements and long-term partnering arrangements across a number of industries including Waste, Digital Technology, Supply Contracts, Leisure and Regeneration.
Matt is an Associate in the Birmingham commercial team, frequently advising on a broad range of work with domestic and international dimensions as well as across both the private and public sectors.
He has recently undertaken an international in-house secondment at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company in Abu Dhabi and in 2022, Matt was listed in Legal 500 as a 'Key Lawyer' in Trowers' Tier 1 ranking for Local Government work in the West Midlands, described as 'a highly skilled team with great personal skills and excellent leadership'.
