Tiffany Cloynes is a Partner and Head of Local Government at Capsticks.
Tiffany has an excellent reputation and substantial experience acting on large scale, complex regeneration and infrastructure projects and is recognised as a leader in her field by clients and the legal press. Underpinning this expertise is extensive knowledge and practical experience of public and administrative law.
Megan is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department at Capsticks based in our Birmingham office.
Megan acts for a number of NHS Trusts located in the Midlands and assists them with various real estate transactions, including advising on commercial leases, disposals of NHS Trust assets and other landlord and tenant matters.
Megan also has experience acting for Local Authorities and regularly assists them with acquisitions, disposals and general due diligence work in respect of Local Authority assets.
