Kamran specialises in providing advice to public and private sector clients within the energy and waste sectors, with a particular focus on PPP arrangements, procurement and post-contract management.
Kamran advises clients about contractual arrangements for projects relating to district energy, decarbonisation of heat and energy efficiency, as well as resources management and environmental services.
