Andrew is a Partner in Womble Bond Dickinson's Projects and Procurement team with nearly 15 years' experience of advising on public sector contracts and public procurement across a range of sectors including PFI handback, heat networks / decarbonisation, leisure and waste.
He has particular expertise advising on operational PPP / PFI contracts on a range of issues including disputes, extensions, handback, variations and re-procurement strategies. As Andrew is both a procurement and contracts specialist he ensures that these elements of the project dovetail.
