The Public Law Working Group published its final report “Recommendations to achieve best practice in the child protection and family justice systems: Supervision orders” in April 2023, which aims to make supervision orders more robust and useful in child protection cases. In this webinar Che looks at what is expected of local authorities when a supervision order may be appropriate for a child’s long term care. It will explore the core principles, timescales and new paperwork that should be implemented by local authorities.
