The Procurement Act received Royal Assent in October, and is scheduled to come into force in October 2024. It is the arguably the biggest change to public procurement in the UK this century.

In this free webinar, we will be looking at the practical implications for local authority procurement. Our host Kieran McGaughey (LLG National Lead for Procurement Law) will be joined by our guest speaker, Rebecca Rees. Rebecca is Partner and Head of Public Procurement at Trowers and Hamlins, LLG corporate partners. She will outline some of the key changes under the new regime, and how councils can begin to prepare for it.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Rebecca Rees, Partner
