Sarah Erwin-Jones is a Partner and leading lawyer on Browne Jacobson's redress, abuse and assault claims.
Recognised by the Legal 500 since 2015 as a standout expert in child and adult abuse claims.
Sarah has an interest in working with social care, sports and faith organisations as well as charities.
She advises clients on risk management, child protection, human rights, public enquiries, redress schemes and Data Protection Act issues.
Carl is a Partner and Barrister specialising in regulatory and criminal law, particularly focusing on the health and care sector.
Carl provides specialist due diligence services, particularly in the health and care sector.
He has advised and represented national and local regulators including the Health and Safety Executive, Care Quality Commission, Natural England, local authorities and fire authorities.
