Emma has extensive experience in advising clients on the full range of data protection law. She specialises in conducting data protection audits to assess and improve an organisation’s compliance. Emma has also provided numerous Councils with advice on complex subject access and freedom of information requests.
Estelle has held the role of Director/ Head of Legal for several councils before joining Wilkin Chapman in 2022. She has extensive experience in advising on complex data protection issues and provides advice and support to a number of Councils throughout England. Estelle regularly delivers compliance training on a wide variety of data protection topics.
