LLG will be hosting their Information Management National Lead Meeting on 13th June 2024, from 12-1pm with Andrew Latham from our corporate partners Capsticks.
In this session we will explore a range of legal issues relating to information management, governance and information rights. We will look at themes and actions to take from recent ICO enforcement action and case law decisions, and horizon scan for future developments, including around the use of artificial intelligence, hybrid and remote working, and proposed changes to data protection law. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share experiences
Andrew is a Partner in the Public Law team, having originally trained at Capsticks. He now leads on much of the firm’s information law work across litigation, advisory and transactional matters for healthcare, housing, emergency service, and regulatory clients.

He frequently works on topical issues such as artificial intelligence and the use of novel technology, integration and collaboration between organisations, and international data sharing.
