LLG's latest Licensing and litigation National Lead meeting will be held on Thursday, October 10th, from 12 to 1 p.m.

Henry will discuss the likely effects of the new Government’s policy on local authority litigators, including an examination of both the manifesto strategy and the King’s Speech.

Henry is a public sector specialist with over 20 years of experience in advising public sector bodies.
He specialises in social care claims, highways, human rights, occupiers' liability, employers' liability, stress, public rights of way, and 'power and duty' cases. His work includes recovering indemnities under outsourced contracts and contributions from abusers. With particular experience in CSE (Child sexual exploitation), he is used to 'press cases' and is media trained.
