Dalee is a planning partner with significant experience in all areas of planning law promoting (and objecting to) extensive retail, housing, office, leisure and general industrial development.
She advises clients on applications for and objections to planning applications, planning appeals (inquiries and written representations procedure), development plan representations, planning and infrastructure agreements, compulsory purchase and urban regeneration schemes, highway and footpaths, planning enforcement and High Court / Court of Appeal challenges and judicial review
Matthew is a planning lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising on planning, compulsory purchase and highway related issues. This includes planning appeals and inquiries, judicial review and statutory challenge proceedings, drafting and negotiating statutory agreements, environmental impact assessment and local and neighbourhood plan examinations.
Matthew acts for public and private sector clients including local authorities, land owners, promoters and developers.
