The forthcoming Procurement Act is big news for local government procurement lawyers. However, there is still plenty happening under the current legal regime. In this Lawyers in Local Government procurement lawyers' meeting, we'll be looking at some recent procurement cases. Deborah and Richard will be analysing recent cases such as Optima V DWP, where a bidder challenged their rejection for non-compliance. They'll be offering their key takeaways on the implications for local authority procurements.
