LLG are looking for Regional Leads in all practice areas to assist in forging networks, sharing training and good practise. Leads will be supported by LLG.      

Criteria

1. Must be a full member of Lawyers in Local Government and live or work in the geographical area being applied for
2. Must be currently actively working within Local Government
3. Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities

This role is not remunerated; however, opportunities are available for bursaries to attend LLG conferences and involvement in events.

Junior Regional Leads

Are you a junior lawyer (under 5 years PQE) and looking to expand your skillset and develop your network? This is the role for you! At LLG, we are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic junior lawyers to represent LLG within their regions.

Role description of junior regional lead

1. To be the face of Junior Lawyers for your region for LLG
2. To be responsible for the drive, leadership and activity of Junior Lawyers within your region and with other junior regional leads
3. Encourage membership engagement within your region
4. Attend meetings and maintain communication within your region
5. Work closely with your region and other Junior Regional Directors in LLG

Criteria

1. Must be a full member of Lawyers in Local Government and live or work in the geographical area being applied for
2. Under 5 years PQE
3. Must be currently actively working within Local Government

Many of our meetings are held remotely, and hybrid attendance is always offered with in person meetings.

Please note these roles are not remunerated, however there are opportunities available for bursaries to attend LLG conferences and involvement with events.
