Draft revised Articles to be considered by way of Special Resolution at the LLG AGM on 17th April 2024.

Changes to the articles will be considered by the membership at the LLG AGM on 17^th April 2024. 

The proposed changes have the following effect: -

1. To ensure the articles include all necessary elements of the model company house articles.

2. To reduce the National Lead Board Representative Directors from two to one.

3. To provide for the automatic appointment of the National Lead for Monitoring Officers & Governance as the Monitoring Officers & Governance Director during their term.

4. To remove all sunset clauses which have now expired.

All Members will receive a notice of AGM direct to their inbox. Associate Members and Honorary Members are entitled to attend the AGM but are not entitled to vote. If you are aware of any individual who is entitled to membership (by virtue of authority membership) but have not registered on the website please encourage them to contact membership@llg.org.uk
