About the job:
Remote Working with some in person attendance (England & Wales)
Do you want to work in a thriving fast paced environment at the heart of local government law and practice? The newly created Regional Co-ordinator role will be central to ensuring that LLG’s regional community thrives, grows connections and shares knowledge and good practice for the benefit of our members. Working with our corporate partners, stakeholders, directors and membership, you will need strong organisational and communication skills to bring together a structured programme of events, seminars, webinars and training covering the wide variety of local government legal areas. You will have the opportunity to learn from expert practitioners in all fields including procurement, childcare, housing, planning and governance and start to unlock the complex machinery of local authority structures and politics.
This is a pivotal role to LLG’s strategy and ambitions in the regions. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience from our other workstreams including campaigns, research and policy delivery.
