Licensing National Lead Meeting 18th January 2022 12pm

​Join us for LLG's first National Lead meeting of 2022 featuring guest speaker Sarah Clover, a leading barrister from Kings Chambers as she examines the Agent of Change.

Sarah will be discussing the underlying principles, the interplay between planning, the NPPF and the night-time economy venues with a focus on what this means for licensing and licensing officers. Considering the responsibility an incoming agent has to bear in terms of pre-existing land users and businesses in respect of noise, light and odour impacts.

With plenty of opportunity to ask questions, this is an excellent session designed to support those working in the area of licensing within local government.
