We are delighted to announce Womble Bond Dickinson as new Corporate Partners to LLG and look forward to working with them.

Womble Bond Dickinson ("WBD") has worked for and alongside local government for around twenty five years, and we have come to know many of you well over that time. We are delighted to have been offered the opportunity to join the local government community as a corporate partner of LLG, to share insights and ideas.

Our local government work is part of our wider public sector offer that includes central government departments, agencies and public bodies, as well as third sector and private sector clients. We have grown to have a deep understanding of the 'landscape' of local government, including wider governance, restructuring and political pressures, and public-private sector partnerships. Reflecting the breadth of our offices across the country, we act for local authorities as far apart as Northumberland, Dover and Plymouth.

Our local government team, which includes former senior local government lawyers, is particularly well known for its Partner-led expertise in procurement, real estate, planning and major projects, investment acquisitions, regulatory work and complex litigation. We have expert strength across a range of sectors relevant to central and local government, in particular waste, leisure, heat networks, transport, employment, health and safety, and education (and more - Womble Bond Dickinson | Transatlantic Law Firm ).

We are always very happy to have conversations whether it be on legal matters, training needs, or another matter entirely! You are very welcome to get in touch with us at any time.
