LLG set the practice areas for National Leads back in 2013. Since then, there have been sweeping developments in local authority law and practice which could necessitate a change of National Lead Area.
In addition, following the impact of Covid-19 and the move to remote working, meetings, and training provision, LLG want to ensure that the current National Lead Structure is fit for purpose.
In consequence, LLG are undertaking a survey and want to hear from members on their expectations moving forward. This survey will remain open for 6 weeks and will be used together with other work streams to inform the LLG Board decision making in respect of National Lead areas in July.
