In this webinar, we are talking about the mandatory Covid-19 vaccinations in the care sector.

From 11 November Covid-19 vaccinations will be compulsory in CQC registered care homes. New consultation looks to widen this requirement to include flu jabs and to all health and social care settings including registered extracare and sheltered housing.

Rebecca McGuirk and Laura Welchew of Trowers & Hamlins, will discuss concerns around employees still refusing to have the vaccine, grievances arising out of the mandatory vaccination requirement, the new self-certification for medical exemptions and concerns about the wider consultation.
