The company hereby gives notice of its AGM to be held remotely on the 29^th March 2023 at 12.00pm via gotowebinar.

Please find attached the formal notice of AGM which contains a link under special resolution to amend the company's articles. Amongst other matters this gives effect to the branch changes notified previously following a consultation period of 10 months.

The minutes of the previous AGM together with a proxy form are also included.

The Annual Report and Statement of Accounts will follow.
