LLG Seek Membership Comments on the Consultation on Sanctions and Conduct in England

LLG is seeking your views to inform our response to the government's consultation on Strengthening the Standards and Conduct Framework for Local Authorities in England.

This survey is crucial in enabling us to influence the scope of any legislative changes which might be enacted within our sector. Regardless of your position, we welcome response from all local authority lawyers and monitoring officers.

Whilst the consultation does not close until 26^th February, we would ask that you complete our survey as quickly as possible and in any event by 16^th February to enable us to consider all views.
