Fall into learning this Autumn.
As we welcome darker evenings, falling leaves and the crisp cold air, many of us begin to appreciate the comfort of time spent indoors. Autumn is the perfect season to turn that time into something meaningful — why not invest in your future with our career-enhancing LLG Legal Training courses? From practical legal updates to specialist training sessions, here’s what we’ve got coming up this October.
We begin the month on the 2nd with Online - Independent Persons: The Role of the IP in ensuring High Standards of Conduct, this half-day course covers all you need to know about the role of the IP in ensuring code of conduct issues are dealt with fairly and consistently. Continuing the theme of MOs and DMOs, we have our brand-new course Online - All change! The twin challenges of devolution and local government reorganisation – what this means for Monitoring Officers and their teams running for the first time on the 9th and secondly on the 23rd; offering MOs and their teams a timely and in-depth opportunity to explore the implications of devolution and local government reorganisation. On the 21st we have our very popular course, among the MO and DMO community; Online - Key Challenges and Updates for Monitoring Officers, which is fully booked, so please email bookings@llg.org.uk to be added to the waiting list.
For those that are new local government or a newly qualified solicitor LLG are here for you, with our course Online - The Fundamentals of Local Government, taking place on the 14th, providing a solid grounding in the key fundamental principles of local government.
