The Post

You will be required to lead a team of lawyers and legal assistants to deliver a dynamic and client focused service to the Council. The successful candidate will deliver high level Regeneration projects for the Council and work alongside key clients within the Council to help deliver their .

Brent is currently undertaking some of its most ambitious schemes. There will be a wide variety of interesting regeneration and commercial property projects.

Brent is an ambitious borough which means that the work undertaken by the Senior Commercial legal team is work that is cutting edge and can be career defining.   

The Person

You will be an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with a number of years’ experience in Regeneration and development work.  

You will be client focused and understand how to lead a highly skilled and dedicated team of Lawyers.

Qualification:  Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, Solicitor or Barrister
