Legal Services in Bexley advise on matters including (but not limited to) major property transactions, contracts, planning, litigation, education, employment, licensing, administrative law, adult social care and children’s social care matters.

Job Advert

The Senior Solicitor role is for a joint case load of children and adult social care work. Candidates should have experience in both areas of law and be prepared to undertake cases in both disciplines on a roughly 50/50 basis. The Solicitor is responsible to the Principal Solicitor for the provision of quick and accurate processing of a wide range of matters, including conduct of complex child and adults cases in the Family Court and the Court of Protection, consideration of Committee reports, Policy and Procedure advice and advice to senior clients.
