Contract: Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for a confident, skilled, experienced, and motivated lawyer to join the Child Protection team in Legal Services. You will advise on all areas of child protection, be competent in drafting and preparing applications for all types of orders required in this area and have good advocacy skills. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in this area or extensive experience in family law and time working in a local authority will be an advantage.

You must be a qualified solicitor or barrister holding a current practising certificate or be a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team and be part of a service which excels in its delivery.
